*The apartment is extremely well connected to WDC and NoVA by foot and bike, as well as by transit (Metro, Circulator, ART) and roadways (I-66 and GW parkway exits are 3 mins away).
*Georgetown is a 20 min walk or 5 min bike ride away over the Key Bridge.
