These apartments are horrid. they are super over priced, my toilet and bath were always stuffed up, even before we moved in. The maintenance said it would be fix by time we moved in and it was not. They have a charge for every single thing you can think of, my roommate was a week late on rent and they requested us to show to court for a hearing. We were immediately evicted and told to leave the premises that day! The property manager Chris said if we did he would void are months rent, he lied. I am now being sued for 6,000 because they have no flexibility whatsoever. Not to mention I am only 21 years old. I would advise you not to put yourself in the hole for these apartments, not worth it.

Watch out for bugs and cochroaches. when you move out they will charge you fees after fees because they expect the place to be immaculate. it's suppose to be better than what they handed you when you moved in. appliances are really old and expect to pay high electricity bills because they require you to go with a company they chose with high rates.

Very nice and ultra professional management. Any issue we've ever had has been dealt with promptly. I have really enjoyed living here. It's very clean. Very safe. Very spacious. Very quiet. If I didn't need more room for my expanding family, I'd live here much longer.

Horrible apartments from day one place is Roach infested and vehicles get broken into and stolen they have horrible security and maintenance never fixes anything when you ask them. After we moved out we received a bill in the mail for 1500 dollars claiming all of the carpet needed to be replaced when it obviously did not and also charged us for stuff like dust on the ceiling fans I believe $50 for that and much more these people are thefts and I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone!

worst apartments ever.. roaches everywhere.. avoid this place just like the others say
