The apartments are old n rundown, even the upgraded ones
The apartment it's self is pretty nice, I have a great view of nature as well:). The down side of this place is, crime is kinda bad, since we moved in there has been one break in that I know of, then in the past 2 weeks two very strange incidents happened. One morning I put my baby in his swing, open up the blinds to the balcony sliding glass window so he can swing and enjoy the view outside. I open up the blinds and there is some bum sleeping across the way, he slept there all day, the property nor the plant nursery by our apartments did anything to make this guy leave, but hey, no big deal, he's just sleeping, not hurting anyone I guess, I thought it was odd tho. Then yesterday I noticed an suv driving back and forth on the Rd. that is behind our apartments, later on I saw the suv just sitting there, windows wide open, no one inside. I said something about it to my boyfriend, he mentioned calling the police, maybe someone had stolen it and abandoned it. I replied, or maybe someone could just be parked there exercising, I did see a guy walking earlier. Later on last night we heard a really loud boom, my boyfriend looked out the sliding glass door, and the freakin suv was on fire, like the WHOLE entire SUV was on fire, like a bomb went off on it!!! It was really odd! I actually have pics of the bum, and then the suv on fire, lol. Anyhow so it seems the neighbor hood isn't the safest. Aside from that management sucks! I agree w/the poster, it is hard to get a package out of the office, seems like they want 10 forms of ID just to get a package, lol. They are rude, when we first moved in they screwed up the apartment we were suppose to move into, that was the old management, the new management seems even worse. Just today I called about the air not cooling, I called around 4:30-5pm or so, told the lady it had been not cooling very well the past couple of days. Then she has the nerve to ask, why would I call this late in the day about this problem, wtf, I should be able to call at f'n 6pm if I want, she doesn't have a right to question me about my actions for calling this late, there could be numerous reasons of why I didn't call sooner. Then she was all calling me dear, being VERY condescending! RUDE RUDE, I was really shocked the way she had talked to me, and was very close to letting her have it, but I kept calm. I thought she was very rude, her name was Joanne. She should learn not to talk down to people. So yeah, aside from Joanne, the rest of the office people aren't very personable or professional either, I could give examples, but I've rambled on enough:D. If you are considering Creekwood, you might want to reconsider!
