The front of the apartment is the kitchen/living room area. Down the hall there is a utility room and the bathroom on the left, with the bedroom on the right. The hall continues to the back door which goes on onto your own deck with a view of the large back yard. There is a lot of green space in this neighborhood.

There are no laundry hookups but there is a laundry matt about a mile down the road. The apartment is located about 1-2 blocks from the bus stop and 5 minutes from down town Bloomington.

The furnace, water heater, and stove are natural gas. The apartment does not have central air but does have a window unit in the living room and in the bedroom.
