From May to July, rent will be $760/month. Starting in August, rent will become $790 to include water. Cable/internet and electric are not included. Both Comcast and AT&T; are available for cable/internet and electric is through AEP. The leasing office has a gym with cardio and weight equipment, a pool, basketball court, and sand volleyball court. There is also a stand up and lay down tanning bed that are free to residents.
We are willing to discuss move-in date and security deposit.
