Rent prices are decent, and the apartment itself is likable. Office staff has a tendency to remember the residents by name. At one point the water heater was on the fritz because the vent duct kept having wind blow through it and putting out the pilot light. After multiple times of this happening the machine would simply refuse to turn back on again and was soon replaced thereafter. So on that note I like the maintenance due to the diligent work they showed in trying to comfort us before letting in a contractor to put in the new monster unit of a tank.

The front desk staff is always horrible, especially the property manager. The gate has been broken for over six months now, they have done nothing to fix it. A/C never works properly, and my water bill is outrageous. I can only imagine im being charged for someone elses as I have NEVER paid half this much before, and they've checked it several times.

My wife is an employee and was allowed to have an affair on the premises. This type of behaior was protected by her mangement. If a place of sin is what you are looking for-then this is the place to rent from.
