I called to schedule a time to see these town homes and the man that I talked to was blatantly rude. I was interested in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a move in date in August. He said that he had all that available except that no pets were allowed which would not work because I have a dog. He asked what kind and how old she was and after telling him that she was a hound retriever mix he told me there was no room for me or my horse at his town homes. I was shocked at how rude he was to someone just interested in looking at the property he could have politely stated that no pets were allowed and I would have moved on to a different property.
