I'm a student at the University of Illinois subleasing my room and full private bath in my 2 BR apartment in Champaign for the summer of 2014 for $500/month (end of May-August). The room has a walk-in closet with bathroom access inside the room. The apartment is fully furnished and on the 2nd floor of the building, so there is no walk-up patio access from the street. The building has security doors as well as parking. My roommate will also be subleasing her room, so if you have a friend that you want to live with or that also needs a sublease, that may be able to be arranged.

The apartment building is in a prime location on campus- pretty much on the corner of Fourth Street and Armory. It is a 5 minute walk from the quad and less than 5 minutes to the ARC Rec building. It is pretty much within walking distance of everything!
