Nice people and place so far been here since march & planing on stayin another year. very family type area

This place changed owners 3 times while I was there. Barb is greedy. I won the monthly drawing once for $100 off my rent and she forgot about it and nearly initiated an eviction when I paid my rent minus the $100. They installed sensors next the thermostats so they could charge for hot water heat, and they are raising the rent. Nothing is an emergency to the staff unless it means damage to the apartment, so if your heat or AC goes, hope it it isn't night or a weekend. (AC doesn't work anyway) The buildings right on Cherry Hill shake everytime a truck goes by and the swimming pool breaks every year. This place is terrible, there are nicer places closer to the mall with cheaper rent, friendlier staff, and free heat.
