Subleasing my fully furnished bedroom for the summer. Either subleasing for the entire summer from May 12th to July 31st or just July from July 1st to 31st. Either options are okay.

Currently there will be 4 other residents and another subletter that I do not know (all male). There is a large personal balcony that looks over all of Chapel Hill and Downtown Franklin that you will have direct access to in your room (Last picture in the photos below is the view from my balcony!). Surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. Furniture and utilities are included in the price!

Very close (walkable) to campus with numerous shuttle stops in the area. The apartment complex has a gym, rooftop, and recreation/study center.

The bedroom is a shared bedroom with a male roommate.
