clean, classy neighbors, quiet neighborhood, everything works fine and any issues with appliances or electricity or heat or whatever is addressed quickly. if you pay your rent and respect the other people here, you'll really enjoy living in the apartment. it's also got this retro 40's feel to it, which is actually why it caught my eye in the first place. if I had to have one complaint it would be parking. there's a lot behind the apartment that you can pay to have an assigned spot, or there's street parking. but honestly I wouldn't really expect free parking this close to downtown.

I moved in 2 months ago and must say this place is a great place to live. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The layout makes sense and it has beautiful floors and built-ins. In this 100 degree weather the apartments are cooler than outside, even on the top floor! Most importantly for me you can rarely hear any neighbors, such an amazing bonus of well built older brick buildings. Peaceful is the most prominent word that comes to mind!

My boyfriend and I moved in a little over a month ago and everyone has been really inviting and helpful. It's a safe, clean place to live and we love the environment! Good prices and worth the move for sure!!

I moved in over a month ago and couldn't be happier. The apartments are located in a fun area that's close to a lot of Salem's attractions which is convenient. Along with that, the inside looks remodeled. I love the tile floors, kitchen countertops, and free wifi. Overall, it's a great place to call home.
