This is the worst apt complex I have ever lived in . The employees there are disrespectful and are liars. They are one of the worst run complexes around not too mention there are cars broken into, stolen , and just general riff raff, The leasing manager is Racist towards Blacks and Indians.They had new windows installed and the are worse than the old ones they had, The upstairs Hot water pressure lacks pressure . Please don't waste your money and rent from them

Scotsdale apartment are the worst management i have ever seen in my life.. they are unworthy ..they don't have fixed rules and regulations..they have a habit of loosing documents that you submit..they lost the vacation notice that i submitted and then they charged me for the an extra month money.. there apartments are filthy and the lower level stinks. All the appliance in there apartment are too old and not working properly. The blinds are rusty and carpet also stink a lot. Maintenance people are too lazy and never appear on time.. Guys if you have any other option go for it rather than coming to Scotsdale apartments. make sure when ever you submit any Document with them make sure they have updated it on your file or otherwise always ask for a copy of it or keep a copy of every form you submit.. so finally they are not a good management to deal with.. beware while signing a lease.

The issues have just started piling up. I will say that this is our best apartment but we are over it. Pros- Love the space, how the walls are not white but a cream so it looks better. Car port Jack and Jill bathroom (2 sinks, 1 tub) Walk in closet in master Storage unit inside actual apartment building Small gym Pool (during the hours they please :/) Park Tennis courts Looks nice all around Pretty quiet. I rarely hear neighbors. Our view is of trees; nice. Cute things to do with children for holidays, crafts, wii to play, etc. Central air is very nice to have instead of window units. Cons- Constant car theft Main doors do not slam shut hence allowing people in and out that do not have keys Staff was awesome til new girl that is only worried about her job and does a crappy job in the process of the worrying. Not enough light at night to go back and forth from car to apartment Only 1 car in car port at a time RULE STICKLERS. Put your trash bag out your door to take out? 20(?) dollar fine. Maintenance is hit or miss. Super helpful or rude and ignornant. Found black mold and mildew on window sill. They did nothing to help nor clean it nor re-caulk infected areas. Cheap fixes. Car broken into 3 times in 2 week period, many other times especially if parking under car port. Fell 5 months pregnant on unsalted walk way during time of day when it should of been salted. Expensive rent. 150 per month to do month to month after paying them for a year on time! RULE STICKLERS. Said that? Well, it is true. Maintenance enters without permission way too often when in contract they said only 1 time a year to put in new filters. 20-100 dollars per spot on carpet. 1 set of washer/dryer PER apartment building. Really now? It bothers me there is no gutter like system on car ports. Water gathers right where you walk out of your car and I fell often in the winter. They closed the pool too often. So you either love or hate this place. I liked it with my small family til of late when we have had nothing but issues and not a helpful staff which is odd. The mold issue was the last straw. MOLD PEOPLE!?! Rent went up every year. Water bill in winter can be 60 to make up for rest of year; dumb. Free heat but expensive electric.
