3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhome in PRP. Central heat and air. Two of the bedrooms have large walk in closets. All the units layout pretty similarly. We have first floor, second floor and third floor units. There is an on sight playground. Units come furnished with a dishwasher, fridge and stove. They also have washer dryer connections.

Below is the qualifications for these properties. You have to make below the income limit for the household number. This includes the number of adults and dependent children of those adults. Full time student restrictions apply.
These are first come first serve. We do not process applications until we have all the items needed. There is a $35 per adult application fee. If you are a married couple it is $35 per couple.
