I have lived here little over a year now, and at first the management was horrible. The lady ended up getting fired, then Wendy became in charge! She is a very sweet lady who is always smiling. Ive never had an issue with her, in fact, we had a baby and even help adjusted us from a 2 bd to a 3 bd with no moving fees and basically paid 30$ more a month! It was very smooth and actually the apartment we live in now is more renovated and has no issues besides the carpet. Also, yes the gym is a little small, but its better than not having a gym at all. The laundry room was closed, but now looks great from the renonvation and it is not the apartment complexes fault entirely if people that live here do not know how to clean up after themselves or leave lint in the dryers.. What do you expect them to be your maid?? Maintenance is also very nice, and Dan is willingly to stop to help you. Yes he might be slow, but at least he does his job well.

Management is absolutely unprofessional. Maintenance is horrible. We constantly have issues every month and they are so cheap and ill prepared to handle even the simplest of problems.The gym is unsanitary, pool is not cleaned well and always has litter around it and the laundry room(which has been closed since Nov due to a fire) is usually dirty and trash is never taken out. . Not mention that they let anybody move in, It is not the place to live if you have a family. I made the mistake of moving in here to save $$. huge mistake.... You get what you pay for.
