We stayed here in March of 2012, it was so much fun and very clean. It is right there in the French Quarter. Late at night from our balcony we had groups of people lining up to get their pictures taken. Easy access just by following the directions given. We came and went with ease. Staff was able to provide another apartment that we needed for our family. Part of our group is returning for another fun stay.

Just got back from a stay at the St Philip with 10 friends, and I couldn't be happier with the setup, with the help from the staff, and with the location. Highly recommended.

After arriving on a 1am flight, I experienced a horrific and insane display of customer service (or lack thereof) from the person manning the desk at the St. Phillips apartments. Not having ever gotten the email with the door code, the man who answered the phone kept me on the phone for an hour OUTSIDE the door of the building, attempting to verify my identity- despite the verification of my name, email, and reservation. He was obviously intoxicated, and entirely insane and rude. Don't spend your hard-earned money in a place where they keep you stranded outside their building for an hour at 1 am, trying to get you to spell out your email address to them for the thirtieth time, because they are too intoxicated to write it down correctly. FAIL.
