I would not recommend renting from this apartment community or any of the communities they manage through NP Dodge. They raise rent. They do not fix anything that is wrong with the apartments unless legal matters are brought forth. The manager probably takes care of the apartment she sits at all day long because she does not have to walk very far to do so. Exercise is a major problem for her so things like the pools do not get priority. Ours has been non functional for two years. The locks to get into the apartments are also broken and there is mold all over the place.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Multiple noise complaints about noisy neighbors, and management does NOTHING!
