I have been a resident since 2011. The location is great, except for the apartments next door. Anyway, the staff is always nice, maintenance requests get worked on in a timely manner, and the complex is clean. I don't have any complaints about the other residents, nobody bothers anybody. There haven't been any break ins, so I do feel safer here than any other apartment complex in the area. These apartments are a little pricey, but definitely worth it.

Great manager, great staff, and reliable maintenance crew! Have lived here for over two years, never had a problem. I feel like they really work to keep a nice, clean, safe, and responsible apartment complex by screening residents and encouraging cleanliness. They also have their own crime watch team.

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff throws informal get togethers and it is so fun to meet my neighbors. I don't lift a finger to fix anything. The maintenance guys have become great friends and they keep my place up as if it was their own. I can text a maintenance issue with confidence that it will be handled quickly and either Lauren or Holly will call to make sure my issue is resolved. I have not killed a bug in all three years since I've lived here although they do send a guy to spray periodically. They keep the carports painted as well as the orange curb & parking lines. I am always proud to have my friends visit. The rolling landscape stays manicured and when the sun scorches the summer time flowers they replace them right away. Every time I come home to my beautiful apt. I can hear the calming sounds of the water fountains. Mark keeps the pool immaculate and it is a spectacular place to swim or just hang out. I like to work out in their fitness room and then take a dip. The residents here are friendly and warm. The staff is professional and exceptionally efficient.
