Brooklyn Park We are looking for a reliable, clean, caring renter to take care of our charming home in Brooklyn Park. It is only 5 minutes away from the Arbor Lakes shopping area in Maple Grove, and minutes away from 169 and 94. There is a park and ride just blocks from our home. Also, there is a small park on our block!

Our home is a cozy California rambler with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, hardwood floors in living/kitchen, ceramic in bathroom, extra deep tub. There is a pantry/laundry closet in kitchen. All this placed on a 1/3 acre wooded lot in quiet neighborhood. There are a few younger families on the block and a lot of elderly couples.

We bought this home about 12 years ago and completely gutted it and rebuilt the interior of the home, new insulation, new kitchen appliances, hickory cabinets in the kitchen...it was very well done.
