It is conveniently close to campus (Texas A&M; University), you just walk across the street, free amenities that are open 24/7 (not including the pool), the sub-lease period will be from May 9 - July 30. If shorter time is needed, we can negotiate. No smoking, no pets, I have a roommate who will be visiting only once in a while to stay.
