Despite a sexy new building filled with sexy cars, Audi of Arlington still manages to utterly ruin the car buying process. After being greeted by a clueless salesperson, I waited 35 minutes to see the car I asked to see. When the salesperson pulled up with the car, it was the wrong one. I don't mean wrong color or version - I mean the wrong model. Incredible. This is supposed to be a luxury brand experience. Nissan dealerships are better run. You could give the car keys and brochures to monkeys and it would be a better customer experience. At least then there would be an excuse. I can only imagine (and that is as far as it will go) what it must be like to buy a car from these clowns.

The staff at this dealership are diligent, honest, and willing to work with their customers. I purchased my 2015 Audi A3 1.8T on 12/13/14 and although it was their annual holiday party they still stayed with me after closing to ensure all things were covered in the purchasing of my new vehicle. Thank you Audi Arlington team - you're the best! That's customer service to the highest degree!

Great and easy experience buying my new car through the Audi dealership in Arlington. We have been searching for a long time and visited many other dealers in the area as well as there main competitors and I have to say nothing came close to the experience we had here. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase a car, and we were able to get the car we actually wanted. John, our sales rep, was great, professional and ensured all our questions were answered! Cant thank them enough for making the experience actually easy and transparent. Looking forward to coming back in 4 years time for the next car! Defiantly the best Audi dealer in the metro area!
