I would recommend that people ask whether a death has occurred in the unit in the past. On some occasions residents have been found dead or unresponsive on these units. It would be best practice to check with the local police department. For example in 2014 there was an unresponsive person found on one of the 140's apartment. Whether you are superstitious or not, it is always best practice to check this.

The new management has made a lot of changes. I've lived there over a year now and really like it. I do wish people would be better about not letting their dogs go to the bathroom in hallways or right outside the door. In the summer the pool is very nice, we have grilles to cook food on by the pool, and for the most part everyone is nice. Maintenance is good about responding to calls in a timely manner, and the office staff (Susan especially) are very nice and helpful. The gym is actually clean, though it does get a bit warm in there in summer.

The river building is the only building i would rent. All the others smelled like animal urine. River building is very nice with the open plan living room/ kitchen dining room down stairs with a half bath and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. Also had access to hall ways on both floors so moving is easy with the elevator. Snow removal in the winter is very in convenient when i was there. Every other day they would plow for 3 hours and take there time moving snow banks so you would frequently receive calls from security telling you to move your car or it will be towed. I was away one time and i came back to a tow sticker all because i couldn't get to my vehicle. One tuesday at noon i was sitting in my living room around 12-1pm and one of there workers slid his master key into my lock and got access to my house, looked shocked when he saw me and apologized and walked out. When i called the main office she said that there was no work being done on my floor or the one above me. I can only imagine what would have happened if i wasn't there. It does have a nice patio with a grill that looks very un appetizing and a bench, also a little trail that leads up to the rails to trails, There are trash cans for dog poop and scoopers but everyone is to lazy to use them so you really have to watch where you step. How ever the security guard does patrol the parking lot quite frequently i always felt safe my vehicles wouldn't get stolen, but he must be friends with the towing company because he is a little tow happy, and doesnt deal with any bologna. Rich has an attitude with most people and to me seems in competent, i think if the place had new management that actually wanted more tenants this place would be night and day
