I've lived in this apartment, February 2014, will be three years. I will be moving out come February. My experience was pleasant. The rooms are a nice size and the grounds are well kept. I lived in the front of the property so I didn't hear the train that runs behind the property. Anytime I had a problem maintenance quickly fixed the issue. Pat in the office onsite was so nice and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. If you are an animal lover this is the place for you. I do not own an animal so my only complaint is that people do not always scoop their dog's poop, which is extremely annoying. When I first moved the first year it seemed that most people adhered to the “scoop your poop” rule but my last two years I noticed a decline. I complained to the management office because I would see several people who did not scoop, but to no avail. I have a 3 year old daughter and I would not let her play or walk in the grass because of the dog poo. Another dog issue I had was in the three years I was here I had two different tenants that lived above me, both dog owners. The first tenant put her dog on the patio so the dog would bark at 6AM in the morning. This was extremely annoying on the weekends when I didn't have to get up for work. The second tenant had two medium sized dogs and they would run through the apartment at 4AM, yes waking me up, it sounded like a herd of bulls. Outside of the pet issues this was a pleasant place to stay. I’m not a dog hater I just think people should be considerate and if you can’t scoop you should not own a pet. I give this property only 4 stars instead of 5 because of the doggie poop and the upstairs neighbor dogs.

I currently live here and have for 6 months. The APartments are great, very nice and affordable compared to some of the other apartments in the the area, and they are nicer than any i have seen in NJ. The community is very nice, I have never had any problems with the neighbors. the area is secluded so it kind of feels like a private community. The staff keeps up the property very nicely. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone....well not everyone...i'd like to keep the riff raff out. Scott
