Two females at Iowa State looking for a third roommate for the upcoming Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. It is a three bedroom apartment with the master bedroom and bathroom available (Bedroom 1 in photo). Includes a walk-in closet. We're looking for someone (male or female) who can pay rent on time, clean up after themselves, and get along well with others :) Total rent for the apartment is $1065 plus utilities. Free cable and internet are included in rent. The two of us plan on staying in the two smaller bedrooms in the apartment and sharing a bathroom, so you would be paying $400 plus 1/3 of the utilities. It is a pet friendly unit, but we'd prefer not to have any animals in the apartment. No smoking or illegal drugs of any kind please. There is free parking available in front of the building and a free membership to Ames Racquet and Fitness. We're both very friendly and laid back individuals and we're looking for someone that we can be genuine friends with :) As of right now our move in date is August 15th but this can be adjusted if needed. One month's rent plus a $40 application fee are due when you sign the lease.
