My issue :I experienced it and end of paying 745$ for replacing counters pot . There was one or two minor bubbling in the counter pot , they have sent pictures to me.which hardly noticeable or can be cleaned or adjusted .But charged 610$ for replacement for whole counter pot ,which is use less, no need to replace that part. Little strain on the stove near one coil which can be fixed max 20$ or 30$ but charged 130$ for apartment cleaning .while i have cleaned everything I can give the pictures and described how they charged to me, how it works , if you are interested .I discuss with manager "Sheri " and got answer from him "no room for negotiation". its alws happens How the place is :Place is good to stay ,every thing is near ,peace is there ,and have play ground .it is good as long as you are there, once your lease expire ,you loose your deposit for small issue they will raise . Not mine you can go for others review and decide Suggestion:I would suggest don't try your luck to clean the apartment and waist your energy because they need excellent condition and charge what ever they need as per their demands and will not give you any option to do anything. Please try to get all internet review before take any decision of renewal or if taking a new lease . if getting a new lease ,do microscopic inspection else at the end of the lease you will be made to loose your deposit or saving because they do microscopic inspection . They even don't understand little wear and tear happen after use of anything ,even if we are paying rent also for that apartment and wanted to be good as new then what is the point of renting the apartments.

Hunter's Glen doesn't even deserve a single star rating. It is the worse place to move children into. The yards are off limits because of dog poop littered in random places, forget complaining to management because they will tell you "...we have no control over tenant actions, everyone knows they must clean up after their pets..." Maintenance really is a waste of time, service requests are a joke, it's raining and my floor is soaked where my wooden chairs must sit and soak up water and they tell me they can't do anything until Monday. So my alternative then becomes enjoying my wet living room Saturday through Monday at which point they inform me they must get a contractor to fix the problem. I dealt with my wet carpet myself. It rained again and guess what? My living room was wet again, this time they promised to fix the problem and loaned me a fan to dry the carpet which they came to removed without my permission while I was not at home. Air condition randomly stops working on a heat wave day and I call, "sorry we need to call a contractor to fix the problem" I steamed along with two children all night into the next day. The contractors came while I was out despite me saying do not enter my apartment if I'm not there, the office staff I assume let the contractors in, so I came to my apartment doors wide open and three guys working on the AC. They left the white walls with black stains and only set someone to touch up (horrible paint job) after I sarcastically complained. Electrical outlets are horrible the average appliance plug does not fit snug in there and well beware for freezers full of meat gone bad because the plug fell out while you weren't home. get used to propping plugs and checking on plugs daily because they will do nothing about this issue. During winter my windows were turning into ice around the edges and nothing was done about it, instead the maintenance manager called to tell me wipe my windows daily before it turns to ice!!! Closet doors are a joke they barely install it to the floor properly and opening them are a real danger, my daughter (7yrs old) opened her closet only to almost have it land on her body. I live on the ground floor and my torment has been to listen to the tenants every step as they creek across their apartment. This list could go on and on from disgusting laundry rooms to dirty yards, so in sum do your self a favor and avoid being lured by Hunter's Glen lo deposit scams because they are going to get you upon move out early termination fee is $1405 and cleaning should you choose to allow them to do so is $250. It is too frustrating to live in a place where things constantly go wrong without sufficient remedy. DO NOT LIVE AT HUNTERS GLEN!!!!

Beware to choose this apartment.....When move in security deposit less..But when move out they are charging $1500-$2000 for nothing..We were stayed around 2 years. In living room whole carpet we used rugs. After giving notice We called 2 to 3 times for preinspection. They did not come. They said its for us not for you. After moved out For carpet only they charged $800 for cleaning.I am staying in US for the past 10 years.I stayed more than 8 places through out the US.This is the worst place I paid $2000 for move out.Normally they charged $500-$600.IF you do not want to pay huge move out charges then dont choose this one...Even The window and doors are very worst. When its winter the cool air will come inside. We paid more electricity like $600.Even we called maintenance they dint fix well. This is very very worst experience in this apartment.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was here 9 years -- far too long. When I moved in back in 2005, the apartment complex was clean and well-funded and units were being maintained. In the 9 years I lived here, nothing in my apartment was changed. On move-out they tried to charge me a fee to repaint the accent wall THEY PAINTED in 2005, and since the management here has turned over annually since, nobody remembers when the complex used to give renewal perks like painting accent walls or installing designer light fixtures. The biggest problem is the lack of insulation. My front door warped. In winter, you can hear the wind rattle though the old windows. The kitchen has this massive hole in the wall covered by a 1970s vent cover making it always cold. My heating bill in Feb and March was $700 for a 1 bedroom. Definitely seek housing elsewhere.

Dear Hunters Glen.... I don't really know where to start..... for the people that are going to read this review in a near future plis think carefully before moving here. First of all their prices are ridiculous insane and they charge for every possible thing you will get scam so you never know how much your rent will be because its always changing. Second, they don't know how to take care of their costumer... as a person that has live here for 5 year i had to beg for almost 4 year to get my rug change, i'm still waiting to get my lamp change because they don't really care.. Also i have mold in my apartment and that is not a health violation... Their officer worker are very rude and lazy plus their office hours suck. so people think before moving in here
