Beautiful, spacious home. I am renting out a nice sized bedroom that is fully furnished because my sister moved away but I can empty it out if you want to use your own. You will get your own living room/den so you can watch any show, any time, and we don't have to fight over couch space or tv programs:) There is only 1 large bathroom, however I have an early routine that I follow everyday for work, so no one else is probably even awake when I shower! Nice size kitchen, dining room, back deck and some storage attached to the garage.

I know a lot of people do not like them, but I do have a sweet cat. However, I usually keep her shaved so she doesn't shed everywhere and I vacuum weekly to get up any loose hairs. NOT a dirty cat house!

I would prefer a female or gay male roommate, in their 20's. I don't mind at all if you have your significant other over to stay the night, but please no live in boyfriends. I also need a roommate that cleans up after themselves and contributes to taking out the garbage, wiping down counters, sweeping or vacuuming bathroom, etc.
