If you don't mind living with unwanted roommates Allure is the place to live. The cockroaches would love to have you pay their part of the rent. I would call the front office atleast every other month to have them come spray (which they did) but never took care of the problem. They gave me a notice that they will be coming into the apartment to bomb and had me move all of the items out of the cupboard and move stuff way from the walls and to make sure we covered everything with blankets. If I did not do this they would charge me to do it for me. Spent hours doing what they asked even paid to board my dog (to spray and bomb multiple times) and they never showed up. Maintenance were touch and go on when they would show up and would sometimes have to call multiple times to remind them we had a problem.. This complex is very loud. I had multiple neighbors that would have 6+ people living with them. I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment with a child and a roommate that had to go to school/work in the mornings and we would be woken up in the middle of the night due to music, fighting, fist going through the windows anything you can think of we dealt with. I do not suggest anyone live in this apartment complex unless you like to sit out on the patio and listen to drama. I am glad to have moved and would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.
