Do not move here! Me and my roommate moved here because it was a lot of space for not too bad a price & the lady that runs the office seemed really nice and genuine. It is an older building but we didn't realize how run down it was. There are roaches, leaky pipes, the windows don't open properly or at all, the walls(&floors) are paper thin and maintenance never fixes anything. The parking lot often has broken glass and potholes in it and rarely ever gets cleaned Still not convinced? Someone(something maybe) broke out our dining room window three weeks ago, they have done nothing to fix it. Management is content to just have plastic taped to the window. Need a little more convincing still? Someone stole my roommates prescription drugs out of our apartment, we were told the only people with keys are the apartment manager and maintenance man. I think if this apartment were fixed up and taken care of it could be a nice place to live, but it isn't, it's the worst place I've ever lived. i believe the owners are just hoping it burns down to avoid having to deal with anything.

Management never answered the phone nor returned calls, and was never in the office. Maintenance took about a week to come even look at a problem. not the best experience by any means. definitely not worth the money!
