This company is on hard times. Either it is about to pursue bankruptcy or is about to be sold, but something is wrong. The treadmill in the fitness center has been out of service for more than six months and they refuse to replace it; they advertise free Internet, but they are unable to keep it operational; in the summer, the landscaping contractor told me that he was paid only to mow the grass, but not to edge the walks. If you expect that your rent will entitle you to the services that are offered, you will be disappointed. The staff is personable, professional, and sympathetic but impotent; they are only girls with no real authority. The management company is calling the shots, but it is they who should be shot.
