Worst place since gheyve changd manager. Every day staff members change. So nothing you tell gets pass along. They extort you with all kinds of fees. Water pressure is bad, bugs all over the place, the garbage compactor is alway broken, and so much more. One star is 10 stars too much

I've lived at the Arlington Park at Wildwoods property for nearly two years now. This was my first home moving into the state and I absolutely loved it... at first. The management and management staff have changed around five times over the course of my stay (three of those times have been in the past few months). It's a great location... You can be on I-285 or I-75 in just minutes, Publix and Krogers are right nearby, as well as, many fast food chains and restaurants. The location is what pushed me over on renewing my lease. I now regret that decision. The new management is absolutely awful - you can read other reviews on here that say the same. There are large holes in the pavement from where they've performed maintenance on their failing water system (outages every few weeks) and never filled them back in. They just sit a few cones around with caution tape (you'll see these if you visit the property). These congest traffic, pose a risk to the children on the property, and to vehicles as well. The old management used to keep the property spotless and were constantly hiring outside contractors to do landscaping / improvements to the property. The new management have let the property fall into such a state I hate to even have company over for how embarrassed I am at the exterior of my building. The breezeways are nasty — they haven't been cleaned in over a year (they did recently throw a coat of paint on the frontfacing railings), lights do not work in the breezeways making it extremely dark at night, and laundry exhausts (also in the breezeway) liter the area with lint particles. One of the benefits to living here is that it's a wooded area with only entry for residents (no traffic outlet)... the downside to that is the bugs. Cockroaches run rampant outside in the warm parts of the year (as to be expected living in a wooded area), but my apartment has never once been sprayed to prevent them from getting inside. Now I don't want to mislead you into thinking that it's a bigger issue that it is; it's not. I see one inside every 1-2 months and that's it. For me though... that's more than I'd like to see. Finally, do we get any type of transparency from the management about improving the property or fixing any of these issues? No... What we get are monthly emails asking us to stay patient while they work to improve the property (or fix the 90th water leak). They send out email after email reminding you that you're responsible for pretty much what they say and they retain no liability for anything. Need someone to work with you because you'll be a few days late on rent? Prepare to get an email back stating to $200 in fees you'd better add onto that check. Have a question about an amenity they provide to the residents there? Prepare to get a snarky response about how the pool won't be open except for a few weeks in the year because they don't want to pay to fix and issue or have a lifeguard on duty. Do yourself a favor and look for another property. This place used to be a really great place to live a year or so ago. Sadly not anymore... I'm counting my days until I can leave and hope that my next property doesn't end up managed by the same company / persons.

Moved in September 2012 and absolutely loved the place. The management was wonderful, maintenance was always working on something and if you needed them, they were always there. Since the management switch in May 2013, this place has became a hell hole. It's been two months now and they still have yet to get the rent website up and running, we received our "monthly rent bill" four days after rent was due to be paid and if we have an issue? It gets ignored. There are signs up petitioning the new management because of the way they're handling the pool. We planned on renewing our lease but not now. I'm definitely actively seeking a new place to live once our lease is up in September. This place has turned into a joke.

Terrible place to live. We have had a broken shower knob for months and no lights in our kitchen. We entered a request online for maintenance and included that the light outside our door was burned out, along with all of the issues mentioned above. They changed the bulb outside the door and closed the ticket as completed. We have told them numerous other times about our issue to no avail. There are also huge gaping holes in the parking lot with bright orange safety cones around them. The complex has really went downhill since the management changed. I do not recommend this property at all.

I have lived in this apartment complex since July of 2012. When I moved in management was fantastic, friendly and I never had an issue with them. Management has now changed as of May 2013 and can I just say ABSOLUTELY RUDE, GHETTO and I will be filing a claim with the BBB about them. Unfortunately in May I was going to be 7 days late on my rent due to an unforseen event, and I sent over a payment authorization form to my management to assure the rent would be paid on the scheduled date with no hiccups, in this time frame I was able to make the rent payment on time, so I emailed management back letting them know they could go ahead and run my card, I never heard back and my card was never ran. I received notice that the complex was under new management and I thought this must be why so I called and spoke to Tierra, whom is now the new Assistant Manager, and she said no problem, bring a money order in and she would handle it. Now a week later I receive a phone call from Tierra stating she saw the original payment authorization and I owed her $80.00. I explained to her that I emailed management stating to run my payment on time and I could prove these emails, however, because I received no response back from old management she said it's void and regardless I owe her $80.00. I have solid PROOF from time dated emails stating that my credit card could be ran and she refuses to accept them. Talk about a thief. This woman raised her voice at me on the phone, and gave me the biggest attitude I have ever received. I used to love this complex, and enjoyed living here - planned to renew my lease here soon and guess what? I will now be handing in my 60 days written notice that I will be leaving the apartment complex. As I mentioned earlier I will be filing a claim with the BBB and I will be sharing my experience with the terrible management to everyone. Along with that - I had to use the new maintenance crew lately because a fuse blew in my apartment and started smoking and it was like using the 3 stooges (minus 1), total IDIOTS and they left a disaster of paint chips on my floor. I advise you, do not move here. There are much nicer apartments surrounding the area with management that is not rude and ghetto. Let me also notate - the old management used to offer $100 gift cards for new residents that moved into the complex to write a review, so in regards to positive reviews keep this in mind, as well as new management just came on May 2013. However, I will say before new management I would have written a positive review despite a few odds and ends regarding the complex itself.
