DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Location is great! However, i had a cricket infestation that the leasing office wasnt too helpful with. They were coming in through the bathroom vent and the creases of the floor. It even got to the point where they were in my bed. The office put me in a "show-room" apartment for 2 days. They said that they saw a few dead crickets in my apartment, but not enough to consider it harsh living conditions. I had to deal with this the last 6 months of my lease mostly by not sleeping there. There was also a brown recluse in my toilet one morning. I will state that i lived on the first floor, but that is no excuse! I paid too much to deal with those kinds of bugs!

Been living here for six months. Parking situation is absolutely horrific, especially if you're on the third floor. Greatest staff in the world if you love hearing the word 'No' everytime you ask for something. Price on my lease went up after six months with the explanation given that it was a market rate adjustment. The market value on these properties isn't going up because half the lots are vacant. If you get anything on the walls you might as well leave it there because if you even put water on it that crappy lead paint is going to start coming right off, same for erasing pencil marks. Carpet is disgusting and cheap. Kitchen linoleum is trash, but on the plus side there's only room for two people in it so that really limits the foot traffic. Awning parking is way overrpriced, over half the lots in my area are unused. They have disabled parking in a corner on my lot when the only disabled person's ramp is like literally 300 feet away. The staff only shows any interest in the tenants when it's time to get paid. There are no community events or neighborhood parties hosted by the property, which is what you typically find in apartments that are expensive as this which leads to me to the final point....why would you pay so much for this place? It's luxury expense for working class living. Not worth it. All the apartment complexes in the area are overrpriced but this one is the worst. Other than the landscaping nothing about this place is positive.

Horrific management!!!!!! No Background Checks performed on employees. Property manager has criminal charges having to do with stealing credit cards from employees, only 1 year ago... unacceptable!!! Check out Jacqueline Tate, Chesterfield Police Department for detailed records. Stay away!
