As others, I wish I could rate this community ZERO stars. They did not give me the proper window of opportunity to re-sign my lease (first email asking if I wanted to stay, 2nd email 5 days later saying my lease had expired), they no longer provide a resident portal to check how much rent you owe (water is not included and does not update full total until the 1st, which in their definition is "late"), does not answer the phone or return calls when asked about rent, went without power for an entire day and still refuses to lift the $33 "late payment fee" even though there is no proper way to pay rent. I currently do not own a car, so in order for me to make a rent payment; I have to either leave work very early or go to work late just to make it inside he building before they close (website says 6:00pm, but was told today they actually close at 5:30). When I explained these issues to the lady on the phone (finally reached her today around 5:45pm) she replied with "you have 5 days to figure it out before you're evicted." 0 out of 1,000,000,000 stars. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.
Old community, bath tubs, stove, fride and water heaters need a serious upgrade! Like it doesn't make any since how old they are smhh. Community overall is relatively safe. I haven't witnessed anything out of the ordinary. Neighbors are respectful and management is okay. Leasing office agents always answer the phones and helps with concerns.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I decided to move here because the prices were amazing for the area. However, you get what you pay for! The leasing office does not return phone calls, multiple service requests are required for simple issues, and everyone in the leasing office is clueless!!! I have lived her for a year and a half, and there has been tons of turnover in the leasing office if that tells you anything about this place! I was also overcharged on my water bill for 4 months due to a maintenance issue. Instead of attempting to fix the problem (after I had submitted numerous service requests) I had to go complain to the leasing office every month! Bottom line...pay more money to get better service elsewhere!
