The level of customer service is much greater than I would have expected from an apartment community. Everyone is very friendly and quick to respond to any needs we may have. The apartments are not as modern as some of the others in the area, but service means more to us. The community is always well maintained and we love visiting the farmer's market on Saturdays that is in walking distance. My dog also loves the dog park and treats from the office staff. Again, not the newest community, but excellent service.

Last Thursday night , 9/11/14, I was doing my dishes and went to turn on the water when the kitchen faucet handle broke off. [No water spewed. I was glad of that.] I called the maintenance phone number [ using the handy kitchen magnet that was on my refrigerator to get the number] and reported the problem. That was about 7:30 pm. I figured it would get fixed in one or two days. Later that night, at around 10 pm, Carl called and said he was outside my door and was there to fix the faucet. He didn't want to knock because he didn't know if I had sleeping kids in the house. That was very considerate of him. Carl fixed the faucet in about 15 or 20 minutes. I told him I figured that it would be fixed tomorrow. He said he considered it an emergency. He was just watching tv, got the call, and came over. I was very pleased. Carl was polite, considerate, professional, and knew what he was doing. He cleaned up the sink area before he left. Thank you for taking care of my needs. I have told everyone how wonderful it is to live at Bexley at Carpenter Village.

Just moved to the area and my family and I are very happy! Such a wonderful community , my kids have also already made friends here. Couldn't ask for anything more!
