I absolutely love living at the Bluffs of Burnsville. The managment is very friendly and welcoming. They always put my packages in my door for me without me even having to ask. When I call, they do everything they can to help me with whatever I have going on. Bob, the cleaner, is also very friendly and does a great job keeping the building and area out front clean and well managed. When I first moved to Minnesota, I lived with a friend in her apartment at the Bluffs as well and I was searching for my own place but I just could not find anything that was within my budget. I ended up looking into getting an apartment at the Bluffs and when I found out the rent cost was super reasonable for such a spacious and cozy apartment, I had no reason to continue on my search for a home. Within a month, I moved into my own apartment here and Terrie (the manager) helped me out SO much that I could never thank her enough. I have lived here for a year now and have had no major issues at all. And the very few issues I have had, were taken care of on spot and fixed immediately! It's a very safe environment and feels just like home to me! I would 100% recommend the Bluffs to a friend or family member in a heartbeat!

I am finishing my second year as a resident of the Bluffs. I love the friendly staff, they are always patient and helpful. The grounds are well kept and clean. They do a great job with the snow in the winter and lawn in the summer. The location is close to everything. If I wasn't buying a home, I would not be leaving. I have noticed some poor reviews of the staff, the only thing I can guess is those people don't like rules! The rules are strict here, but without them the parking lots would not get cleaned, balconies would become eye-sores, and the place just would be as nice as it is.

Living at the Bluffs of Burnsville for 5 years has been great! I have never had any problems or issues with my apartment here. In fact, I have had such a great experience I almost don't ever want to leave! The management has been wonderful. I am a heart/lung transplant recipient, and I have been looked out for by everyone here. Many time management will even help me when my medications are delivered, and I am not home by calling me and letting me know they are here. Repairs are always addressed, the hallways and outside are always clean, and the building as a whole is always clean. Management is always available to give me parking passes for my friends and family so parking has never been an issue. All in all this is a great place to live!

My roommate and I were having the hardest time finding a good place to live, but as soon as we looked at the Bluffs of Burnsville we knew we had found our new home! The staff is small so you get to know everyone by name, and they're super friendly and very helpful! Its very clean, very well-managed, and a pretty residential neighborhood with some beautiful views! Excellent value for the price you're paying. I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

I was VERY disappointed with the way I was treated yesterday when I went in to simply inquire about renting an apartment. I was dismissed the second I walked through the door by a blonde haired lady (who seemed to be checking someone into their new place?), and was treated as though I was an inconvenience to the guy who was "helping" me. Granted, he seemed like he was annoyed to begin with and my presence there was the final straw. My questions were answered shortly and rudely. And I was told that there are NO apartments coming up for rent.... he proceeded to close the book and was done with me... I left feeling as though I wasn't good enough to even be considered for a place there. Needless to say, you have lost a possible tenant with flawless rental history because of your demeanor and I certainly will not be suggesting this property to any of my friends in the future.
