This place was very good and great customer service in 2013, but lately they have had too too many people in and out of the office, i feel that what is confidential is not confidential such as ur social security numbers and all of your personal information, i had an incident 11/2015 where one of the reps gave this guy a key to my unit and not once did they call me to verify it nor did they check my lease to see if that person name was my lease which he wasnt they only thing they say is that they will change the locks to this day the locks is still not change thank god for alarm system, and when u need maintenance to do work they halfway do it door still not fix, the people are just rude. I sign a lease ladt yearvand now after a year they telling me that they need my verification of income and ect... i gave all this to them in 2015 then they gonna say we can give you a lease without verifying ur information, but tbus suppose to be a tax credit place be careful
This is a very great place to live. Quite community and good houses. My only problem is that my house is very cold and the ACbruns 24 hours without stopping. We really freeze especially in the living room. I tried talking to Signature Management but they did nothing. I have reported to the new management and hope they act. I have never defaulted in rent and I am hoping they act to enable me stay longer. I spend up to $250 in power Bill's due to A.C. that has to run 24 hours non-stop and yet the house remains cold. I have set A.C. at 70 but nothing. Hope someone will respond.
