I can't even begin to describe how much I love living here. The only reason I am moving out is due to starting school out of state. The complex is very quiet; I can easily count on one hand the number of times I have heard my neighbors (one of the times was Super Bowl Sunday, and we all know people get a little cray cray over football here in the midwest). The apartments themselves are gorgeous; crown molding, 2 tone painting throughout, nice cabinetry/appliances, giant bathtubs, and elegant tiling in the bathroom. The apartments are also very bright. Storage space is ample - you get a closet off your balcony, a pantry, lots and lots of cabinet space in the kitchen, a linen closet,walk-in closet, and my unit also has cabinets in the bedroom above a small built in desk. It's nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit too. The management office is great. Brad has been really helpful with any needs/requests I've had, and this is one of the only places I've lived that genuinely puts the customer first after you sign the lease. I know they're a little expensive, but if you can afford it, it is worth it. I'm also paying half of what I paid at my last place for cable and internet, which helps. The apartments are located right behind Jordan Creek Mall, which is very convenient for running errands, grabbing a snack, picking up a book, or catching a movie when you're bored. Literally the only thing I've ever found frustrating here is that people park right in front of the post box area to pick up their mail, rather than utilizing the parking an extra 5 feet away. It can get tricky if you're coming around one of the corners there at the same time as someone else. However, in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal. If you're thinking about renting here, seriously, just do it. In the past 10 years I have lived in 8 or so apartment complexes, and this is the best by far.

This is the greatest apartment complex I have lived in (out of 5 total). After accepting a job downtown Des Moines, I started searching for apartments. Even though Broadmoor is in WDM, it beat out all my other options downtown. The gym is clean and plentiful. My friends came and enjoyed the pool with me every weekend through the summer. It's the cleanest apartment pool I've ever seen - warm too. I am a huge film nerd and also rented the movie theater (hd projector + blu-ray) more times than I could count. All of this was a 60 second walk from my building. Our two bedroom apt was more than large enough to entertain guests for dinner parties, new years and more. We loved the vaulted ceilings and fire place. Being close to Jordan Creek Mall and great restaurants is unbeatable. My room mate and I are both working professionals and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere through the complex. The greatest quality of Broadmoor was the staff. Everyone in the office was very, very personable and friendly. I often stayed just to visit with them when paying rent. And the grounds keepers and maintenance guys were great too! My room mate and I had many valuables and expensive toys in our apartment and I felt 100% comfortable having maintenance over while we were gone. We had very few problems, but when we did, they were fixed quickly. I have recommended Broadmoor to many friends and will continue to do so.

Construction was done too quickly, but my experience has been great so far.

I love it here. The staff is wonderful. They are here to help 24 hours a day! The office gets busy sometimes so if you LEAVE a message they will return it ASAP. They also have a 800 number for after hour emergencies. There is always someone on call. The apartments are so nice! The pool opens early in the year and stays open very late in the season. Last year it didn't close until October. I love the fitness area, theater room, and clubhouse as well. All of those things are included in your rent except the clubhouse rents for $50.00. Soooo cheap!! There are two professional grills outside of the clubhouse for everyone to use. I meet new people here all the time! They also throw parties for us at least every two months!!!!! Best place I have ever lived!!!! Just saying!!

Nice place but over priced for what u get I mean 1450 per month rent for a 2 bd room 2 bath apartment is a little crazy. They did finish the construction too quikly there are some stuff that could have been avoided with a little more time like my dishwasher rubs the wall when it opens and closes because they were a little short on cutting the whole for it but everything is cool oh and they painted all the walls with FLAT paint which is not durable at all if u move in I recommend asking for a touch up can of paint they have them forr free so its a nice place but some flaws and its because they wanted to save money but yet still rent for a lot of money
