Been here 2-years, and I must say its been fantastic! No wall thumping parties or loud annoying laughter/screaming. Pricing is fair considering how close it is to campus and on the main bus route. The only down sides is the age of the buildings, which needless to say mean they have paper thin walls (not a big deal for me though since I lived alone, but every now and then I could hear my neighbors entire conversation with his wife/gf). Another gripe is the condition of the stairwells. Theres spiders, moths, hornets, flies, mosquitos, and TONS of cobwebs. Doesn't impress my family/friends much when they have to walk through a insect-zoo to get into my apt. However all of this was a small price to pay considering I've had no problems studying late or sleeping in because of the tranquility in this neigborhood. I'd also like to mention the friendliness of the staff. They are a grade-A bunch of people that will bend over backwards to meet your needs. They actually CARE about your happiness! I'll miss that the most, I hope my new landlord(s) are even 1% as nice as these people!
