we just renewed our lease for another year..this is our fourth year... we love the location... There has been lot of positive changes after the new manager came in..... we never had any trouble getting our maintenance requests resolved on time.. management is easy to work with and they are open for any suggestions and willing to resolve any issues... love the upgrades recently done in gym and swimming pool area..schools got good ratings too..

Don't expect the staff to go out of their way to accommodate immediate needs you may have, regardless of the circumstance. When you move out they will find everything and anything to charge you with so expect some additional bills.

I enjoy it here! I don't have any neighbors that have bothered me. I have had many maintenance concerns BUT they were taken care of promptly. The staff is quite nice and always helpful and my son goes to a more than wonderful school.

Run way from this apts complex the worst from bugs,noise,maintenace staff not qualify to fix your problem,mold arroud the windows seals, moisture, when you call them to complain they tell you clean it your self with bleach.Parking problem. and more.......! take my word on it .
