Awesome place! Great location, the best staff you could ask for, and it's a really nice looking place! I'd recommend it to just about anyone.

The apartments looked nice but the walls were very thin with poor insulation. You could hear everything outside and also feel the heat in the summer. All the noise made sleeping difficult. If you put anything in the window to try to make it quieter/easier to sleep they will threaten to evict you. My apartment had tons of roaches everywhere, even on the ceiling. So many roaches that scorpions were also in the apartment feasting on them. I asked the management to spray a few times but the roaches remained. They also somehow misplaced my rent check once so make sure the charge goes through or you may pay late fees.

Amazing place to live

I lived here for close to 2 years, and this is one of the best places I have lived at! It's conveniently located near ASU (~2 mile bike ride) and there are good public transport option (both paid and free) to take you straight to the campus. Its also close to Tempe marketplace that has a Target for last min shopping needs. The property is managed very well and they respond immediately to any maintenance requests. I didn't have any roach infestation problems, a couple of scorpions, though that's a problem at several other places in Tempe.
