ive been living here for 5 years & this new company sucks! i recently ordered a a wallet online from aldo and i never recieved it because i really think that the lady in the office kept it because on my online tracking from the it said that it was dropped off at the office and signed by someones of the last name of daiz, and i called asking the office and asked if there was someone of the name of daiz, the man said yes rachel daiz, i told him what had happen then quickly he said "ohh no nevermind thats not her lastname it was my mistake" so im thinking that she diffenetly kept it! thats some bull if the ladys are keeping the packages !!! & yes the water is always off now, sometimes its cold, the new water bill is ridiculous, ohh and we gotten our car BROKEN INTO 3 TIMES!!! because they had no lights under the parking areas and it was pitch black! this new company sucks DO NOT MOVE HERE!! i will be moving asap, the ladies in the office are rude and dont care about the residents forsurrreeee.

ok so i think most people are missing the picture of what this company is trying to do and will do over time. the new owners are trying to over haul the whole place. But of course they have to fallow the law. if you notice all of the bigger apartments that have been redone. yet none of them have been rented. the main goal for the park at deer valley is to " out with the old in with the new. THERE FOCUS IS TO MAINTAIN IMAGE. If they can raise the rent to the point of lower class can not aford it, they win. You see if you keep the rent low then you will get low class poor people that will cause a image problem for them. Sad thing is not all of us are poor trash. This place will never change. If you are looking at these apartments move on to another one. This new onwer ship is looking to do one thing. How much money can they suck dry from there renter's. Read your lease very carefuly they have alot of small print. You will get stuck for every little thing. From the outside lights to there sprinklers that run none stop and flow down the street. Trust me there upgraded apartment are no diffrent then most. except for paint some door knobs and working appliances. For the price you pay here now you can get better. trust me there model apartments do not look like the apartments you will end up renting. DONT SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU READ AND SEE WHERE YOU ARE LIVING. COME AT NIGHT AND SEE HOW THE STREETS ARE FLOODED WITH CHILDREN WITH NO PARENTS WATCHING THEM.

Ok so a new management company took over "Alliance" they call themselves. They also changed the name of the apartment complex to "The Park at Deer Valley" but apparently forgot to tell any of the residents. So anyway... the place might be getting some fake improvements such as a dog park (which was damaged by unsupervised children within 2 weeks), or some really bad painting (looks like it was done by a 5 year old), but underneath it's still the same old piece of crap property it always was. The difference was the management company. At least MEB cared about it's residents. The alliance folk couldn't give a crap less about you. All you are is a number to them. Speaking of numbers - several of the long term residents (and I'm talking people who have been here for over 10 years) have recently moved out and I know dozens more who are when their leases are over. The management company (or front office staff) are rude, full of shit (and excuses for why they are), and could not give a crap about you. Not a single one of them lives on the property - so why would they care. It's not their problem. They don't return phone calls or emails - EVER. I've called, emailed, and even gone to the better business bureau. They even lied to the BBB (and I had proof of that so when they gave a B.S. answer I showed that to the BBB). Alliance recently painted the whole complex (looks like it was done by a 5 year old), but yet they didn't fix the really important things like broken steps, railings, air conditioner units, the pipes (since the water is being shut off 2 or 3 times a month). It says a lot when the United States Postal Service carrier refuses to come to the property at night (for fear of her safety). When I mentioned this to the front office staff they responded they had security but he was in "plain clothes" so that he could be undercover - BULLSHIT. I work graveyards so I am up in the middle of the night and I TRY to find this SO CALLED security guard - HE DOESN'T EXIST. Also the Police are ALWAYS here. Ask one of the police about their opinion of this property - IT'S WORTH A LAUGH. Take it from me - or any one of the other 18 negative reviews posted here - DO NOT MOVE HERE. BE HOMELESS. YOU'D BE BETTER OFF! In response to April (since I cannot respond to your comment) I'm not going to waste my time talking to you. I've done so in the past and all you do is give me excuses about why things aren't done. Everyone has an excuse April ... and they all stink. Show me - don't tell me. Action speaks louder than words. Action! Do something instead of just talking about it. Your company stinks. You definitely have my vote for the WORST management company I've ever dealt with!

"ok so i think most people are missing the picture of what this company is trying to do and will do over time. the new owners are trying to over haul the whole place." The above is from Jason Hill I need to comment on, most people are not missing the picture and the new owners will not do over time THE AREA AT 19th AVE and BELL is not good. And yes we know what the new Owners are trying to do. Wow where do I start, ok Iv been here for 3 years and had no problems like Water being shut off (Charles btw its like 2 to 3 times a week not a month) I got 2 notices for water being shut off since last march when Alliance took over. And when I called the last time they Alliance said I got a notice that week for monday I was told that I was wrong I reminded the office staff today was Thur After she put me on hold for a mins she gets back on, Oh she said I will send Maint over. I have never got a answer from any of my concerns it is always I will find out for you. Went to sign a new lease I wanted to talk to lets say one of the girls in the office about the increases and over items on the new lease I got 5 mins of her time and she walked away and told someone else to handle it. The water bill was the only thing I was told about and it would be around 16 Dollars a month nothing about ALL the other Trash, Lighting, Gas, But that I felt I was being rushed going over the New Lease. But I thought I could trust the new Mgn Co. Now I know why I was rushed. Just got my BILL for Water and all the other items 68 dollars a Month I live alone. BS... Still no screens on the windows, and it is cool outside at nite No AC means lower APS bills,,each time I ask I always get a different answer. Went to pay my rent last month ask about the screens and the girl in the office starts yelling at me so I Yelled back. She runs off and cries I wasnt done speaking with her rather rude of her to get up and walk away. And I still see drug deals going down middle of the day But the office staff says they cleaned all that up. Im to upset ATM to finish this. BUT I will say that I have had very good luck with Maint. Staff at least they are willing to work with the tenants. The Office Staff could learn ALOT about Customer Service from the Maintenance Staff here. Oh ya I thought I lost the notice about the new name change or it blew away I was right no notices were sent out. BUT I WAS TOLD I WAS MISTAKEN AGAIN. MEB was good and they wouldnt look down at me and start yelling at me. I really hope that the (Regional MGR Jennifer reads this). To the Office Staff at Carleton Club or Park at Deer Valley, this will be my last signing of any lease with you people Im sure that will make you HAPPY. BOO WHO.

Ok where do I begin. First, the water is CONSTANTLY off. I have lived here about 6 months, and so far the water has been turned off a total of 5 times. Only 3 times with notice, but if I call to tell them that nobody told me, they argue with me and lie saying that there were notices. I have had to go to work unshowered for this, and if there is water, its either always hot, (both hot setting and cold setting) or its always cold. I am also annoyed at the fact that workers are loud as hell outside and remodling the apartment above mine at 7:00 in the morning when my toddler is trying to sleep. The front office is now being demolished and rebuild to look nicer, yet my building still has a dangling gutter, and is missing an awning over covered parking from the storm. And also, the fitness center has 3 broken machines, and I have yet to see then fixed. I am really tired of this. Every day is a new disappointment, and a higher amount if stress. I've had it
