Bell Partners Hated it Hated It would be a great way to express my feelings for this corporation. Even the head quarters were extremely rude and very uninterested in my problems nor were helpful in finding a solution for my issue. This was in the accounts payable and I spoke with Virginia H., of Accounts Payable department who which hung up the telephone call on me, simply unprofessional. This company was the WORST BUSINESS I have EVER done business with. I hope no one will ever have to deal with what I had to go through with Bell Partners Inc. DO NOT, DO NOT trust this corporation. It takes them weeks to process checks, over charge on AC, has extremely poor maintenance, below standard appliances such as door jams, hinges etc. Long story short, find another apartment complex.

Lived in clear run for two years. Easy, quick walk to UNCW. Office staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is unbelievably awesome. Just moved and I miss them already. Loved my apartment, the area, the staff. Dislikes: neighbors that don't pick up after their pets, drafty windows, and can be noisy sometimes. Once again... Maintenance staff is AMAZING, friendly, helpful. They go above and beyond!
