Excellent place. Close to the Trails park, so it provides a close by place for having a walk. Management is excellent. If there is anything that needs to be fixed they send somebody right away to fix it, almost always in the same day. The apartment is spacious, furniture and appliances are new.

The first year and a half was good, but then it was too late for me to move and too much stuff to move out, so I decided to stay again. This is my third year and their management can be inconsiderate. Instead of appreciating existing residents, they are focused on getting more. Don't believe their "high-speed internet" statement. Not true. I have spend 25, 30 even 45 minutes on the phone with the provider. Also, they say free printing, but the printer is either out or jammed. I used to recommend people the first year and then things changed.
