Where to began..... this place is the worst place I have ever lived. The rent is redicously high for what you get in return. First, the appliances is very out dated, and I've heard from numerous neighbors that they will promise to update them and never do. Secondly, the late fee is $350 dollars if you are late in rent and they will not comprimise on any situation. Third, water at this poace is vey high for some reason and that as well is not included in rent. Last, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional to a property management level I've never seen before. Very snobby and greedy property I would not recommend this place to anyone especially with kids. Not family oriented in any way. They only care about money not you're family.

My husband I lived here for two years and lived with out-dated appliances, kitchen cabinets, floors and carpeting because we knew it was only temporary. We also dealt with bugs and incredibly loud neighbors upstairs. I will say that the maintenance staff were quick to respond and were friendly. We were excellent tenants, paid our rent on time and really didn't bother anyone. A few days after moving out, we realized that we had mistakenly left a few things behind in the kitchen. Upon realizing it (5 business days), I called to notify someone in the office. They never responded, I had to call back and go in person to see if they had located our items. They expressed that the cleaning crew (which we paid $100 for) "must have thrown them out". I asked if this was their policy and they said no. I asked if they would follow up with the cleaners to find out for sure, but I never heard back from them. There was probably over $100 worth of items 'thrown away' and the office staff made no effort to find out what happened to them for us. I realize that it was our fault for leaving them behind, but it was so obvious that no one in the office cared to make an effort for us. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

They are greedy, and they are definitely rude. I loved the apartments, but the staff just seemed like trouble. I was desperate for an apartment so I was to willing to give it a try. I was supposed sign my lease the following Monday, BUT I went back there to discuss other fees, and as I walked out, a resident stopped me and told me the troubles she had gone through with the apartment complex. I am extremely glad I didn't sign my lease.

I've lived here for six months and have nothing but nice things to say about the complex and office staff. After reading some of these somewhat nasty reviews I want to say that the maintenance staff is great and quick to respond, Clarence is great and always calls before entering. I haven't had a big problem with bugs, but if I do I call and they send pest control over and I always have the option to have them come when I'm home. I've never had a problem with staff entering my apartment without notice, possibly there were issues with the previous office staff. I don't see or hear about police/theft problems. I'm home a lot and have seen the police twice for a martial dispute and they moved out. It is NOT a high crime area .And if you sign a year lease and move out early and break your lease, then yes, there is a penalty, it's clearly written in your lease. Someone complained about outdated appliances, didn't you look at your apartment before you moved in? My appliances aren't brand new, but they work great. Another complained about fees and admitted he didn't read the paperwork? It's all in the lease, don't blame and complain if you don't do YOUR homework. .Bottom line, it's a great place to live, close to everything, the pool is great, the grounds are clean. This is a nice quite place to live.

My experience here was horrific! My 2 vehicles were regularly vandalized and the management staff just said they are not responsible. The management also refused to let me out of my lease early because of all the problems I was having. The police said they are constantly at this apartment complex with issues both minor and major. I do not trust my family of 5 is safe here and my 2 vehicles are absolutely not safe. The police officers also told me they would never recommend anyone living here due to all the problems they see.
