I have lived here since March. I have no idea what Carol is talking about - everything in my apartment (and my new friends that I've met here) is fabulous. Any time I have needed maintenance, they are here quickly and have always resolved the issue perfectly. I love what is included in the rent, saves having to pay different bills. They even replaced my a/c filter! I can't recommend this play highly enough. Amanda, Sheila and John (the fix it genus) are wonderful, available and so personable and knowledgeable.

Be very careful they will rip you off in the end. I remember reading a Yelp review prior to moving there that stated the same thing. I did not believe and I got burned. You will too. Caveat Emptor with this place.

Lived here for a year, had to paint everything 'cause it's WHITE WHITE WHITE and GOLD GOLD GOLD....but the BEST maintenance staff I've ever had!!!!!
