Worth the money. Depends heavily on your neighbors as any apartment would but I lucked out and got a good building with good people. Very quiet and secure place. As far as the unit goes, it's spacious and the appliances are good. The walls weren't painted properly so the paint is thin in spots and I can tell it wasn't taped properly as there's light overspray on the floor in some spots. It looks like they rushed it a bit. No baseboards either, just carpet against the wall. I consider these to be minor cosmetic issues. I wanted a reasonably priced place in a good neighborhood with a lot of space and I got what I paid for. One last note, I don't know what things were like before Pegasus Residential took over, but now that they have I'm really impressed with the amount of maintenance going on. They power washed the property, redid the parking lot, repainted doors and balconies, and that's only the maintenance that they have made us aware of in the past two months.

Dont plan on signing a lease here unless you read every word in the fine print, in fact bring it to your lawyer. They royally screwed us. They require a 3 month notice in order for you to move out or else they fine you up the ass! tell me, what renter is gonna hold a place for you for 3 months until you fulfill your lease agreement with your past renter. Even after we negotiated a deal with them to settled this screwed up arrangement, they put the remaining balance into collections even though we had verbally negotiated an agreement. This place is unbelievable!

I've seen some mixed reviews on this place, and I wanted to set the record straight. 1-- those who complain about noise have obviously never lived in an apartment complex. Loud? Rarely, though it does depend on your neighbors. I've found this complex to be surprisingly quiet. I've lived here since Jan. 2015. 2-- Jennifer in the office. Someone complained about her but she has been nothing but nice to me. And no, she is not a friend or relative of mine. Folks have overall been very nice. 3-- Nice diversity, which I like. I've seen representatives of pretty much all races and ages here. Some people may not like that, but I think it's God's Crayola box. 4-- I feel safe here (as reasonably safe as you can be anywhere) 5-- I did ding them on the parking. At some points, it can be hard to find a visitor space if you have a friend over for dinner or movies. I've even had to park in a visitor's space before. However, they do have handicapped spaces. And they will tow your butt, so don't chance it parking where you're not supposed to. But I don't see how that is different than any other apartment complex. I think that's a common issues. So that's my 2 cents.

Oh my lord this place is horrible. Especially the woman at the front office named Jenny. She was so nice in the beginning, then she just turned into the devil. She is a horrible person, she really does need to find a new profession, she is one of the main problems they have at this complex. The maintenance people where nice, but dumber than a box of rocks. Everything has gone down hill. I have noticed they are making improvements on the apartments, but whats the point considering there is nothing but trash now living here. It's not even safe, I dont even feel comfortable having my wife take our dog out at past 7. And this is the second time I have heard someone had gotten their car broken in to. We have tried to express our concerns but little miss Jenny at the office doesnt seem to care and said there is nothing they can do about and to just forget it. Really, who says that?! We have lived in a long list of apartments and townhomes, but this is by far the worst, especially the staff! Living under a bridge would be better than this place.

I moved in less than a month ago, and I'm already looking for my next apartment. I hope this year goes fast. The grounds are dirty, and so wasn't my apartment when I moved in. I'm out in 12 months.
