The staff never calls back when they say they are. They allow problems to go on forever as a stalling tactic. Whenever maintenance comes out, they leave a mess behind and half fix problems unless you are home to watch them. There are tons of loose cats that like to hangout and their urine everywhere and occasional loose pit bull dogs.

i have been living here for 2 months. 3 months november 1st. the first week i moved in we had a leak from the utility closet which they have NAILED shut!!!. took them 5 days to fix the problem then halfway fixed it. 3 weeks later the fridge broke. staff told me wasent anything wrong with fridge, although meat wasent frozen and started to drip blood. finally they came and fixed it. NOW oct. 23rd i was sitting in my living room when a RAT not MOUSE but a RAT ran from the utility closet which they have NAILED SHUT. i do not live dirty my house is always clean. this rat came from the utility closet. i have a end unit which means it came from other tenants apartments. i go to the office sunday oct.24th and the man working looks at me like big deal as if this was normal. angela(office staff) assured me i would have no problems with ANY of the complaints!!!!!! please do not move here it is alot of space for a great price but it is not worth the BS you will have to deal with! please please look else where!!!!!!
