Expect Zero Maintenance Service. Look for another apartment. Here you will get no service , if you are stuck with an apt with issues that require maint. good luck, you will never get it. Lots of other options close by for same or less price. Do not risk it by moving here, you will be sorry.

I live in a 1 bedroom upgrade. I currently live in a quiet building. I don't have complaints currently. I will come bad if any thing changes.

Anyone looking for apartments in the Indy/Castleton area do yourself a favor and stay away from the Core Riverbend apartments. They are the worst place I have ever lived. ( Our oven has been broken for 3 weeks now and when I called to complain I found out they didn't even bother putting the work order in. They were suppose to clean our carpets and replace some carpet when we first moved in in April. It is now June and they just called me today (after I went off on a manager yesterday) to make an appointment to replace some carpet. (Not to clean the rest.) They don't even take care of their fitness area. Many of the machines are not plugged in and have no way to be able to be plugged in. Every time I have gone in the fitness area there is no sanitizer to clean the machines. It is all about appearances from the outside to this place. It is definitely not about keeping happy residents.

I have lived here for 2 and half years and the only bad thing I would have to say is if you live on the bottom apartment make sure the neighbors dog doesn't pee on the balcony above you while your are outside sitting on your patio!!. This is a very quiet area and I live on a river view which is really nice. The maintenance is slow to respond and you may have to make more than one phone call. The work out room always has equipment that doesn't work. But the trail is great to walk on.

Worst apartment complex. Poor Maintenance. I would not recommend to anyone. Worst office staff.
