I would give a better rating but I really dislike (really dislike) the parking situation here. They need to have assigned parking. The parking stickers are useless because other residents have no respect for their neighbors and just park everywhere. Been here for five years and now I can't even park at my own front door. I was very rudely told, from a Residential Representative, that they can not tell people where to park. People can park wherever they want to. But it's ok for actual residents to walk a half a block to their home, day or night? Ok, got it. I understand the, I don't live here so I don't care attitude. Noted. I will say, the new management, they are trying to make it better, maintenance has improved a lot. But for me right now the parking is worst than ever.

The community room has great resources for youth and adults alike. They have a Ping Pong Fellowship group that meets Mondays and Wednesdays with 3 tables, equipment, and coaches! I admit that I help run the ping pong fellowship, but that doesn't take away from how much fun it is.

Edit: 4 Months after moving out, I received a letter from a debt collector stating I owed over 300 dollars for "cleaning and damages". In the year and some months I lived in the apartments, I worked 40+ hours a week and was rarely home to cause 300+ dollars worth of damages to the apartment. I don't smoke, and the animals I kept in the apartment were well trained and never left messes. I had left my contact information, including forwarding address, with the office after my final clean up of the apartment. A very dishonest property management company. I will be recanting my recommendations to friends to rent here. I've lived here for just a few weeks shy of a full year here and plan to extend my lease for another year. This is the cheapest 2 bedroom apartment that I've been able to find. There have been a few points of frustration (my fridge gave out mid-summer and it took them several days to finally get that taken care of, but they gave me a brand new one!). The property has been taken over by a new management team, and the changes they've made have been minimal. I did, however, originally select this property due to the fitness center, which they have removed and have socials and a paid zumba class in now. Overall, I feel they do a good job dealing with such a large complex. The building I live in is older, but they did upgrade the electrical. I love the layout and the unique eat-in kitchen. A window update and better communication with maintenance would get a 5 star from me. No "bugs" that I've seen in the year I've lived here. Neighbors have lots of kids, so occasionally you'll hear kids being kids. But I don't think I've once uttered the line "I can't wait to move out of here" in the time I've been here. Great for the price, but they do now require you carry renter's insurance, so keep that in mind!

Been here 6 months after a move from the deep south, had a bumpy start during first arrival yet I was convinced that things would get better. Wish there was a rating worse than poor to fair. Please don't be mistaken that these previous reviews are grumpy tenants complaining as I once did. The office is NEVER able to answer the phone nor respond to any repair request. While there is a "leasing" department whom can accept new tenants there is a seperate group whom handle tenant requests (there will be many). Put in a request to have grass cut nearly a month ago, once I was able to actually reach someone this week was advised that there were many people without ac or running water and they were not able to address non critical problems. Understandable that some problems take priority, but I fear for those who have to wait on this maintenance crew without AC this summer. The photos on website are very misleading. Apartment complex as a whole is run down. VERY outdated gas water heater is still used in most units. it only allows limited use of hot water (max about 8-10 minutes of hot water in shower) and VERY high gas bill (only use of gas in household of 2 and gas bill avg 80 a month). The pool, tennis court, laundry facilities, are all completely unusable. The community as a whole is not very good. I haven't had many complaints as my apartment is sort of secluded a bit, but I am certain my new neighbors are either drug dealers or addicts.

We have been here for 4 months now My husband, son and I. I don't believe all the bad comments this place is getting! Honestly we are very happy here, we have ran into a few problems and have had to contact the office a couple times by walking down there and seeking to someone we have never called or e-mailed them and they have came as soon as the same day or up to 3 days later. You have to understand this is a VERY big apartment complex and I'm sure they are taking orders on a first come first serve basis! The pool has been open off and on and the work out room is getting redone i believe. New owners just recently bought out the place and since then all the outside stairwells have been painted! We have NEVER heard gun shoots!!!!! We have heard fire works though. The grass gets cut often enough I think and they are pet friendly without deposit so that's nice! We are already looking into reserving a town home for next year! I would recommend it here, Come check it out for yourself! I'm sure all the people who are leaving bad comments about this place just are not as understanding and impatient or maybe they did have a bad experience? (who knows) People seem pretty mad I just don't know what all the fuss is about?
