VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! WHEN ME AND MY SON MOVED HERE I THOUGHT I WAS MOVING TO AN APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT WOULD NOT ONLY BE SAFE BUT SECURE AS WELL! 3 WEEKS AGO MY TRUCK WAS BROKEN INTO AND SOME THUGS STOLE SOME ITEMS OUT OF MY VEHICLE AND TOSSED MY 7 MONTH OLD BABY SEAT OUT IN THE STREET! I FELT SO VIOLATED I HAD TO TRADE MY TRUCK IN! DURING THIS SAME TIME PERIOD I COME HOME TO FIND OUT THAT SOMEONE HAS BEEN INTO MY APARTMENT BECAUSE I SEE HOLES IN MY BATHROOM WALL WITH MY PERSONAL ITEMS PLACED WHERE I DID NOT HAVE THEM! CALLED THE OFFICE AND TO MY SURPRISE THEY TELL ME THAT SOME WORK HAD TO BE DONE TO PLUMBING ISSUES! BUT IF I NEVER CALLED THEM I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN BECAUSE I WASN'T CONTACTED BEFORE THEY ENTERED MY APARTMENT NOR DID THEY LEAVE A NOTE SAYING WHAT THEY WAS THERE, TO MAKE MATTERS EVEN WORSE! SO NOW I HAVE PEOPLE ENTERING MY APARTMENT UNANNOUNCED AND THE ONLY THING I'M TOLD IS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO NOTIFY ME IF ITS AN EMERGENCY BUT WILL INFORM ME NEXT TIME! WELL NEXT TIME AND THE TIME AFTER NEXT MAINTENANCE HAS REPEATEDLY ENTERED MY APARTMENT WITHOUT ME KNOWING UNTIL I GET HOME AND NOTICE SOMEONE HAS BEEN IN THERE! EVEN WORSE WORSE MY SON BIRTHDAY WAS A FEW DAYS AGO AND HIS GRANDMOTHER SENT HIM SOME MONEY AND NOW HIS MONEY IS MISSING AND HIS BIRTHDAY CARD! REPORTED IT TO DESTINY THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND SHE TELLS ME THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO WITHOUT PROOF WHEN THEIR MAINTENANCE PEOPLE COME INTO MY APARTMENT EVERY OTHER DAY WITHOUT ME KNOWING! ASKED FOR THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY TO MY 9 YEAR OLD SON AND SHE TELLS ME SHE IS NOT GOING TO REFUND HIS MONEY! HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO EXPLAIN THAT TO HIM SMH! KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Just don't. Save yourself a headache and a future bad experience. Management is unprofessional and clueless and switched hands several times within a couple years. The complex is run down, walls are cracking from foundation problems, water is consistently shut off for several hours with no warning and just not a pleasant experience. The area is loud, ghettoish and crime is increasing. Sirens all the time at all hours of the day. Drugs and prostitution all around the complex and area. Dog poop all over the place, but that falls on the dog owner being lazy and irresponsible. Overall, there are better places and would recommend to keep searching and stay away from this complex and area.

My husband literally looked at over 30 apartments before finally moving in. Creekview Apartments were a big exception, because we had no issues filling out paper work, everything was set to go, and for the price of the apartment was not bad because it was one of the biggest ones. We've been here for about 5 days now, and I love it. It's very cozy, yet elegant. The only thing is parking. There are not enough parking, if you want a parking spot you need to get home early, if not you'll have to park outside in the street. Yesterday I saw a little spider on the corner wall of the kitchen. I'm just a bit concerned of that, so pest control will definitely do. Other than that, I have no complaints. Everything is dandy.

I like living here, so quiet and calm, only down side is the limited parking..

I moved out of Creekview about a year ago. I had to leave my lease eary but they where understanding and helpful. I still paid my monthly rent until the unit leased. I received a refund in a few month. I lived ther 18 months and really liked it! When I lived there, it was a very quiet place. You'd hear the occasional dog barking and kids playing but thats a given anywhere. When I lived there, Shawna worked there and she was great. Management changed when I moved out. The apartments they have are very homey with great layouts. I'd recommend a 3rd floor unit. Maintenance people were great and fast in fixing things. Staff was overall very friendly. Resisdents for the most part are quiet and friendly too. There are a few weeds here and there in any place you live ;-) The only con with Creekview is parking. If you get home after 7pm there usualy isn't any parking. After a few months I ended up renting a covered parking spot for $30/month. Was worth it! If I had to move back to Creekview I would!
