Please don't ever leave in Deer Creek Apt, this is one of the garbage apartment in Plainsboro. Management people are very good at the time of signing the lease, once you have signed and if you have any problem in the apartment there we go ,comes Christine Martin(she is never ever polite and make you feel as if you are leaving for free) appears saying this is not emergency, tell her anything she says this is not emergency, i really don't understand what she meant by emergency. Apartment rate are reasonable in Plainsboro but you would end up paying more for the utility which you can easily afford going to a better Apartment in plainsboro. The reason for high utiltity bill is apartments are old and no proper insulation.Maintenance person in Deer Creek Apartment only talk, no work will be done, if we tell them fix this issue i get answer from the maintenance person saying it is very old apartment nothing can be fixed. Laundry room is meant for Deer Creek apartment people only, but it is used by public also. Laundry room is Just like washing the clothes in the sewage water. Inside apartment you will find MOLD every where and if you tell them reply would be please clean it with clorox. The bottom line of this Apartment, Please dont every come to this apartment. I Don't have -1 to give rating for this apartment.

I personally have not lived there, but my boyfriend does. From my experience, in visiting and talking with my boyfriend..It's not good. It's not run professionally. The maintenance takes forever to fix any issues..One time it took over 3 weeks for anything to get fixed. There was a leak last year in the roof, and it leaked into my boyfriends partment. They never came to paint over the water spot. When a note was recently issued to the apartment about the air filters...It stated the dates they'd come to do such., Well they ignored the schedule and came when they wanted. From what I've heard, the office is no better. They don't act professionally, and most of my boyfriends problems have been maintenance related...He told the woman of an issue, and when over a week later it wasn't fixed he went back. He got an eye roll as a response. Very badly run.

Beyond outraged. I was LIED TO!!! The leasing office is unbelievably unprofessional. After visiting Deer Creek, I spent an entire Saturday morning in the leasing office filling out paper work. Finally, Beverly ensured me that I was going to be approved and even went so far as to have me go and get a $250 money order to pay the deposit on my new apartment, right then and there. She said to me, at least three times, "You are going to be approved." So, I went out and got her the money order and gave it to her within the hour. Come Monday morning, I receive a call from Beverly telling me I have been denied. As you can imagine, I was livid. Beverly never took responsibility for her lie and didn't care that she had just cost me three apartments because after she told me, more than once, that I was going to be approved and that I was ensured an apartment to move my family into, I cancelled appointments to see two other places. Needless to say, those apartments have been rented. I also spoke with the supervisor, Nilma, who only asked me to put my complaint in writing and said she would talk to Beverly and that it wouldn't' change anything, I would still be denied the apartment. There was no acknowledgment of the lie I was told or how this effected my life or my family. I would definitely urge anyone looking for an apartment to stay far away from Deer Creek. If I could, I would give them negative stars.

this is the worst community I ever saw. The leasing office people are really rude. Maintenance is worst. They just gathered some wood and built these stupid houses. They make you pay for everything. never rent here.

DON'T EVER RENT HERE! Yes, this place is cheaper than most others around, but you'll pay the price in other ways. Maintenance is absolutely horrible, they don't respond to anything no matter how bad it is. The rental office is rude and unprofessional. They follow very poor accounting practices and don't know how to track account balances. I had to go there every month to address issues. The apartments themselves are ok and the community is decent, but all the administrative headaches are not worth it. Trust me, save yourself the aggravation.
