The management of this complex does not live here and it shows. They are careless maintaining the grounds and laundry room. People leave lots of items sitting outside their apartments and toys & bicycles are left scattered around. The guttering was damaged on my building several years ago and never repaired. Everytime it rains, there is a waterfall and pool where you have to walk to get to half of the building. And it really becomes a problem when it is freezing.
